The Company has a very successful track record in the training, facilitating and consulting of Value Engineering / Value Management methodologies where together with their clients they have engineered new thought processes and business practices in many small and large companies in the Emirates, Japan, France, Australia, Botswana, Kenya, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Mauritius and throughout South Africa. These have caused major shifts in strategy resulting in significant impacts on profits, new development strategies, the planning and implementation of large projects, technological breakthroughs and significant organisational changes. VM Services proudly uphold their approach, offering Professional Value Engineering & Value Management based Solutions. To enhance the understanding and application of VA/VE/VM in South Africa our Directors have, since their appointment in 1984, lectured annually on the subject to post graduates at the University of the Witwatersrand. We provide value adding solution to a diverse industry base, directed towards Project Management related Services, Strategic Management Interventions, Product Design Optimisation and Production / Operational Improvement.
