Vknow Patent Services was founded by Dr. Rajesh Gulhane in November 2018. Academically, Dr. Gulhane has PhD degree in Medicinal Chemistry from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (Mohali) in India. He has gained Postdoctoral research experience in the field of Medicinal Chemistry at Dr. Reddy's Research Foundation and Un... iversity of Paris Sud, Chatenay-Malabry, France. Prior to starting Vknow Patent Services, Dr. Gulhane headed the IPR (Patent) cell of Ajanta Pharma Ltd. for more than six years. And prior to Ajanta, Dr. Gulhane worked with reputed Indian Pharma companies like Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., Glenmark Pharmaceutical Ltd., Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd., and Wockhardt Ltd., in the Intellectual Property department in various capacities handling prosecution of NCE and API patent application(s); patent invalidation and freedom-to-operate opinions for the regulated, domestic and ROW markets. Dr. Gulhane has also worked at some point as a Researcher, Formulation Scientist in various capacities during his tenure of more than 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry. With a blend of knowledge in the field of chemistry as well as biology, both during his academic curriculum and industrial exposure, Dr. Rajesh is able to deal with most of the IP issues in pharmaceutical industry with equal ease.
