Visible Impact

This is the first time I got exposure to this type of leadership lesson, that too in a funfilled way. Thanks to Visible Impact Visible Impact has changed the image of NGOs in the municipality, who work only at the surficial level. I am really satisfied with the work of Visible Impact who has developed this holistic model and reached out where the s... upport is needed. I would like to congratulate Visible Impact for the successful completion of MenstruAction project in schools of Bidur Municipality In two years, my overall development started in steps: getting TOTs, being a trainer and exchanging knowledge with school students, a mentor to new batch of Sarathi (of course being one). My experience was not limited to only Menstrual health. Visible Impact provided Sarathi in every possible opportunity on various fields that helped them to get more empowered. Karina (social champion), after attending the menstruaction bootcamp came to me. She along with Nishan had demanded for provision of dustbins in the toilets. We were surprised by her ability to speak up for better facilities in the schools. We have now arranged for dustbins in the toilets. There has been positive changes in school after implementation of MenstruAction project. Before, there was no good environment for girls during menstruation because boys used to tease girls if they see girls with blood stain in their frocks but now scenario is completely different now boys are more responsible and try to help female friends by bringing pads from office To me Visible Impact is my home and family. Visible Impact has made me confident. Delivering content in mass is now a lot easier. Being a part of SAARATHI family and getting opportunities to conduct those school health workshops, and taking part in learning circles and other programs have boosted my confidence and enhanced my skills.
