We at VPL understand that without the security of a home, it is impossible for many to reach their full potential. With security, support to access employment or training and a healthy supportive living environment, people affected by homelessness flourish, achieving progression and importantly their own personal aspirations. Vineyard Project Ltd Homelessness services work to break the no-home, no-hope, no-job cycle by challenging the isolation and insecurity of homelessness that leads to social exclusion. Vineyard Project Ltd has developed national strategies on person-centred planning and social inclusion to enable people to transform their lives and feel they belong. We work with homeless individuals from a variety of backgrounds, often with complex needs and always strive to provide innovative solutions to suit each person.
