OUR SERVICES : We provide private training sessions, group classes, yoga classes, gym and functional training space, and a physiotherapy room. Our coaches are passionate, knowledgeable and supportive, and are offering a road map to building a stronger version of you. The PT sessions offered: Calisthenics, Strength and Conditioning, Fitness Training, Post Rehab, Boxing, Pre and Postnatal Fitness, and Functional Training. Group classes offered: Calisthenics, TRX, Pilates, HIIT classes, Boxing, Yoga, Barre and Glutes/Lower body classes. A Physiotherapy Room which delivers a full and advanced therapeutic scheme, using different methods & techniques, and integrating between eastern and western schools. There are no shortcuts.
