My roots lie in Bonn, Germany, where I worked as a bookseller in the familys own bookshop. But in El Campello I realized where the journey for me was going I was born in Harmelen/Utrecht (NL) and spent a several years of my childhood there before I moved with my family to Marbella (ES) where I enjoyed my school days and teenage years. At that time... I already lost my heart to Spain Back in Holland I managed our own family business, a civil engineering company, for a few years but never really felt at home and was drawn back to Spain. My journey took me through several provinces of Spain, but it was here in El Campello that I really felt at home. In 2003, I took over the holiday home rental agency VillaCare in addition to a real estate agency. Our paths crossed and love united us, both privately and professionally. Working together is a personal enrichment for us. We love what we do, which is not always easy, but when problems arise, it often leads to extremely friendly solutions ?.VillaCare is our baby, but we need people who support us in rocking our baby. Without them it wouldnt work: Gaga, our knowledge-hungry all-round genius, always hard-working, always reliable. His love is for the gardens, especially for the palm trees he grows, climbs and prunes with dedication. But also as a craftsman he always surprises us and our customers with his perfectionism.Our cleaning ladies, without whom our seasonal business would not be possible. Who often take the coals out of the fire for us, e.g. if guests come too early and want to move into the house right away or if a last minute booking has to be completed within a few hours. Also our family members are always there for us and help us when needed and where further support is needed, we work together with professional teams of craftsmen and other service providers. And last but not least lets not forget our furry noses, wastepaper basket tippers and pep ups Caro, Biene, Nelly, Bella and Sam.Read More
