VIIBE also provides case management services to provide wrap-around services and additional support, such as assistance with applying for disability, applying for Medicaid, assistance with ride services. Dr. Diana Portillo, DNP, FNP-C has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2010. She Specializes in providing patient-centered holistic care to patients of all ages. Services Offered include management of acute and chronic medical conditions, annual adult wellness examinations, routine well-child exams, sports physicals, medication-assisted treatment for substance abuse disorders, and evaluations for alternative treatment recommendations.
