Hilarie founded Viener&Partners, a brand and marketing consultancy based in Manhattan, in 2015. Her professional background is comprised of a mix of corporate and entrepreneurial roles, which have afforded her to work with over 100 brands from start-ups to Fortune 100's, all over the globe. She most recently held the position of Executive Vice Pres... ident, North America of The Value Engineers, global brand consultancy, based in London and New York. She was charged with establishing the company in the North American marketplace and leading global business development. Her responsibilities included creating and amplifying a united company vision and operating as top-level strategic advisor across all key areas of business, client initiatives and market research in Asia, Europe and North America for clients such as BP and Unilever. Previously, she was President of WONDER, a branding and digital agency. The agency was a division of Sandow Media (publishers of New Beauty, Worth, Interior Design and Curator Events; partial owner of Fred Segal). Within six months, she completed a successful turn-around driving sales up 225% and securing an additional $5MM in revenue. During her tenure, she managed brand partnerships, research, strategy and client relations working with such well-known brands as Crane Paper Company, Heineken and Singer. Prior to joining WONDER, she spent a decade building an integrated marketing consultancy, HSV1. The firm was focused on the not-for-profit and luxury consumer segments and specialized in aligning brands with cultural institutions in order to effectively reach and engage with high-net worth consumers. Clients included American Express, Guggenheim Museum, Ringling Museum of Art, Tesla, Verdura and Vertu. Hilarie began her career at Wells Rich Greene Advertising.
