Anyone who has ever been to London will no doubt have left with a memory of the famous red double decker bus, a familiar symbol of everyday life in London. When we went, instead of just coming back with a memory, we decided to bring back a bit of the London atmosphere and, in 1994, one of these incredible London double decker buses started its jour... ney towards Bologna. Driving the bus to its destination was a trusted London bus driver, who was also a guide and a doctor. After a week long journey and numerous repairs, carried out by the driver himself, the bus finally arrived in Bologna, just in time for the grand opening of Victoria Station. The welcome was typical of Emilia: the bus was the citys guest of honour and still today remains the symbol of the union between impeccable British style and Bolognese hospitality. Victoria Station was born in 1994 as a typical English pub, designed to give our Bolognese friends a taste of the London lifestyle. In time it also became a restaurant and pizzeria, offering a wide range of beers and dishes typical of Emilia Romagna, homemade pasta, grilled meat, pizza, hamburgers, salads and snacks. Whether youre looking to enjoy a romantic dinner in the restaurant, watch a match on the big screen under the covered veranda, or sip an artisan beer in the summer beer garden, you will always find the right atmosphere to relax and enjoy yourself at Victoria Station. The Ristopub gives you the opportunity to taste our drinks and dishes from the bar and the kitchen until 2 am. Victoria is ideal for big groups, organising birthday and graduation parties, and dinner with friends. Victoria Station is open from Monday to Friday for lunch from 12:00 to 15:00. As well as the usual menu, we also offer a lunch menu at 10,00 which includes various choices from our kitchen with drink and service included! For dinner, we are open every day from 19:30, offering the possibility to eat and drink late into the night. The only day we are closed is New Years Eve.Read More
