Vassar Student Association is the governing body of the undergraduate students of Vassar College, headquartered in Pougkeepsie, New York. Established in 1868, the association serves to represent, promote the interests of, and improve the welfare of undergraduate students through participation in the decision-making processes of the college. The organization is structured into four primary bodies: the Senate, which handles legislation and advocacy; the Cabinet, which serves as the executive branch; the Judicial Council, which adjudicates disputes; and the Elections Commission, which oversees student elections. It delivers value by managing student organizations, disbursing funds, and executing an annual advocacy agenda focused on equity, sustainability, and student wellness.Explore more
