Research has shown that smaller BI projects which are well defined and of shorter duration result in less costs, successful outcomes, and greater adoption by end users. Smaller is better. VASI Group believes that you should not pay for more than what you are ready for. If a smaller, multi phase BI project will be more cost effective and better revived in your organization, we will work with you to achieve just that result.
