Various Resources (M) Sdn Bhd (VR) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on 13 October 2001, it started business soon after its incorporation.The major activities of VR at the beginning stage of its setup were the trading and minor converting of various packaging products, especially plastic related products. Out of which the PE... Foam was the core product that VR traded and converted. In October 2003, VR started its own process of manufacturing its core product, PE Foam. Soon after the setup of the process, VR had successfully penetrated into a larger share of the PE Foam market in the region and, the expanding network had also brought to VR various opportunities in other similar products in the packaging market. Just before the end of year 2004, VR started its second process of manufacturing, which was to produce HDPE/LDPE Film. The HDPE/LDPE Film utilises the similar raw material as that of producing PE Foam, VR is in its believing that integrating into this area would achieve a scale of economic on bulk purchase of raw materials. In October 2005, VR had established its second production line for PE Foam. Today, VR is one of the significant and well-known players in the market of packaging products, especially in Johor. By implementing an effective Quality Management System and achieving the recognition from the authority to the ISO 9001:2000, VR has shown its determination to not only sustain but strengthen its position in this challenging and competitive trade. As a continual development, VR had started process of PE Foam Lamination and has achieved certification of ISO 14001:2004 in May 2006. In the middle of year 2007, VR has imported another new machine Air Bubble Machine and this has enhanced VR 's position as a plastic packaging products manufacturer.
