Vantage Partners Limited (VPL) is a Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Joint Venture (JV) formed by managing partner Vantage Systems, Inc. (VSI) and Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies, Inc. (SGT). This JV is the result of an established Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor-Protégé relationship between two highly successful NASA contractors. VPL is incorporated in accordance with guidelines established by the SBA for SDBs under the 8(a) program, which encourages highly qualified emerging 8(a) corporations to form partnerships with large businesses. This relationship facilitates information sharing and tools, processes, and procedures enhancements. VSI and SGT began developing our mentor-protégé relationship in October 2010.
