Vanilla Ventures

Vanilla is a social business dedicated to finding, supporting, developing, connecting and celebrating social leaders capable of making a big impact on our world. We do this in order to create real change for the communities and issues we care about, and we do it in two ways. We create our own social ventures dedicated to improving social leadership... (Charityworks, Change100, Good Futures), and we provide consultancy for organisations who want to maximise their social impact (Care International, National Union of Students, Scout Association). Over the past 5 years we have built a reputation and network right across the UK social sector, and have been at the forefront of a movement for leadership in the space. We are now looking for someone to build on this work by helping us build a movement around progressive social leadership in the UK. We need you to be a force for change, on and offline, whether you're designing and delivering a recruitment campaign to campus or working with a social organisation to change the culture of leadership in their teams.
