Van Dyke Farms, a community of 421 upscale homes, sits on the rural northwest edge of Hillsborough County. Our neighborhood provides neat tree lined streets and friendly neighbors ready to welcome you. Van Dyke Farms is located in close proximity to major roadways and is only 20 minutes to Tampa International Airport and less than 10 minutes to Cit... rus Park Mall. Van Dyke Farms is a deed-restricted community. The Homeowners Association on behalf of the homeowners has the responsibility of overseeing compliance with the Deed Restriction rules as recorded with the State of Florida. There is an elected Board of Directors made up of homeowners in the community who oversee the process by which the rules are enforced according to Florida Statute. Van Dyke Farms homeowners take pride in the overall appearance of the community and recognize the benefit that curbside appeal has on their property values. Van Dyke Farms is a Reclaimed Water community for use in the irrigation of the common areas and individual homes. Homeowners pay a small monthly flat fee for this privilege and are not subject to the typical Hillsborough County water restrictions during periods of low rainfall, though we encourage the responsible use of water at all times. Our annual Homeowners dues are currently set at $600 annually, one of the lowest in the area for comparable communities.
