Tending to each of these areas has proved extremely beneficial to the recovery of our clients. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is intended individuals that do not require round-the-clock care. IOP is ideal for clients that require intensive therapeutic treatment, but still need to maintain other responsibilities such as work, school, family, etc. Our IOP is offered in the evening to provide this treatment, with as little disruption in these other areas as possible. Valley Recovery Center's Intensive Outpatient Program in Sacramento consists of three small group therapy sessions a week. Each small group session will last approximately three hours. Intensive Outpatient is not the solution for everyone, and your treatment team will help you determine if it is the best fit for you. Valley Recovery Center also has a Fresno facility, which offers IOP services as well. Our Fresno campus offers an Alumni Group for any client who has completed treatment at either of our Valley Recovery Center of California facilities.
