Valley Machine (originally Valley Machine Service) was established in 1992 upon the premise of building a top level precision machine and manufacturing company with a strong emphasis on quality and customer service. President and founder Tony Spiering knew the biggest part to achieving this goal would be to build a highly skilled, team orientated,... employee base. By identifying talent, pursuing continuous education, and fostering growth he was able to see this mission come to fruition. In early 2007, Andy Spiering joined Valley Machine to strengthen process development, ensure adherence to a robust quality management system, and provide a key element for the progression of Valley Machine. His background in engineering, quality, and management has helped Valley Machine to continuously evolve and adapt while building a talented and highly effective team.
