Stella Argyrou is Partner and General Counsel of Valeo Groupe. Prior to joining Valeo, Stella was General Counsel and Head of Investor Relations of Potentia Capital, a private equity fund focused on investments in tech-enabled services and technology businesses. While at Potentia, Stella served as Commercial Director and General Counsel of Ascender... , one of Potentias portfolio companies, and played a significant role in turning around the business and expanding its geographic footprint across Asia and Australia. Prior to Potentia, Stella was General Counsel and Head of Investor Relations at Beaumont Partners, a private equity and real estate investment company, based in Geneva and London, where she spearheaded the creation of a global real estate investment platform. Stella has over 15 years experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions law. She commenced her career at Clayton Utz in Sydney before joining White & Case in New York where she represented private equity and corporate clients in public and private, domestic and cross-border M&A and joint ventures. Stella also spent some time representing the European Unions Delegation to the United Nations as a political and diplomatic advisor covering peace-building and conflict resolution matters in Africa and the Middle East. Stella holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws at the University of New South Wales. She is admitted to practice law in New South Wales, Australia and in New York, USA. Donnies career spans over 26 years in senior executive roles focused on financial services and financial and business operations management.
