Utility Golf Assoc

Utility Golf Association Inc, is a non-profit 501-3c charity organization founded by two best friend in 1996. Paul Murphy, an employee of Bell Atlantic (Verizon), and his friend Robert Landon, an employee of BGE. Since both friends worked for utility company, hense came the name Utility Golf Assoc. The two friends decided to pull their resorces, an... d connections with the utility company they worked for, to pull in sponsors from other utility company's and assorted telecommunications vendors, accross the country. Doing that they have formed a very profitable charity. Being that we are a charity organization, all our employee's are volunteers. No payments are ever exepted for our services. The main goal was and is, to raise money for the smaller charity organizations in the local area that don't have the national funding that some other charity's recieve. The secondary goal, is to hold, one of the best golf tournaments that any of our sponsors have ever been involved with. That being the reason for this site.
