At Utah Speed Academy we are committed to teaching athletes the techniques of training that are necessary to optimize their athletic potential. We are commited to helping each athlete become stronger, faster, quicker, and more dynamic. Beginning with fundamental technique work, the focus of the training will be on improving each athletes speed, whe... ther it be for a 40-yard dash, running to first base, or sprinting down the court. Through increases in speed, athletes will be able to better work on and see increases in agility, vertical jump, and power which will attribute to developing the over-all athlete. Here's the reality: there is nothing that makes more of a difference than flat out speed in a game or any competition. We have all seen games be decided because of speed; the ability of a player or players to outrun or be quicker than their opponent.
