Kim earned her bachelors degree from Lee University. Community involvement has always been important and she is involved in the Rotary Club of Cleveland as well as the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce. She was co-founder of the Tennessee Association of Mortgage Brokers in 1994, serving as its President in 1995. She is also a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Tennessee Association of Mortgage Professionals and the Cleveland Chamber of Commerce. Barbara Wooden provides USA Mortgage with 23 years of experience in overseeing the company financials and its day to day operations. Barbara has a strong commitment to Quality Assurance and integrity of USA Mortgage through her commitment to detail as the Executive Vice President and Quality Assurance Manager. Previously Barbara lived in Florida before moving to Cleveland, TN to join USA Mortgage in 1987. She has proven to be a strong asset of the company through her intensive oversight of the staffs licensing requirements.
