USRM is a full-service property management company completing its twentieth year of business in the lake area. The firm employs from 25 to 38 employees based on seasonal demand. USRM currently manages thirteen homeowners associations, most including docks and garages. As well, USRM provides accounting and other services ala carte to some associatio... ns. The firm's administration office and maintenance warehouse are located in Lake Ozark. A 24/7 emergency number is available to all managed associations. PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS - USRM is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI). Members of the management staff hold Association Management Specialist (AMS) certification. Paul Kleiber, the firm's owner, has the Registered Resort Professional (RRP) certification with American Resort Development Association (ARDA). There are two Master Gardeners on staff, a Certified Pest Control Operator (CPCO), and three Certified Pool Operators (CPO). USRM also employs licensed insurance personnel as well as a Heating, Venting, and Air Conditioning Operator (HVAC). All employees are carefully trained and many seek and participate in specific-area training education. FULL SERVICE means all functions provided "in-house" for lower rates. USRM has a maintenance warehouse with a full complement of grounds care, snow removal and maintenance equipment. No need for associations to purchase equipment.
