USNN offers a highly competitive benefits package , with medical, dental, life, disability and liability insurance plans, which are effective from day one of the traveler's assignment. USNN travelers will always earn a completion bonus for each assignment, and may also earn extra money through our referral ladder program. USNN travelers may earn double the hourly rate for overtime worked on select assignments, and will earn "PTO" based on total hours worked. U.S. Nursing Network's benefits program is among the best in the industry. From the sunny skies of the west coast, to the mountains of the east coast, USNN can get you there. With travel reimbursements to and from each assignment, the only work that the nurse has to do is the traveling. USNN will take care of the rest. USNN travelers are always provided with furnished private housing unless another option is chosen. Each travelers deluxe housing will be ready for move-in at least 48-hours before the start of each assignment, giving our nurses time to get settled in before beginning their assignment. A USNN staff member is available twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week to assist with any questions or unanticipated needs that may arise.
