Urbanthinkers is creating a team of community engagement facilitators. Together we will help design and implement a behaviour change program focusing on three specific target audiences. The Assessment Analyst will be responsible for documenting the process of the team. This person will observe the overall planning and implementation to help put for... ward adaptations and improvements within the project period, as well as recommendations for the final report. The Community Engagement Facilitator (A) will work with children and young teenagers over a series of three on-site 'day camps' during the summer. The goal is to convey proper recycling practices and strategies so that correct behaviour is effectively adapted and implemented within the child's home, and amongst neighbours. The Community Engagement Facilitator (B) will work with a small group of adults (the person in the home who does most of the cooking) at four sites over a series of three afternoon/evening sessions.
