Urban Cottage is owned and operated by the mother daughter duo of Carrie McGraw and Cameo McGraw-Horton. Carrie brings over 30 enthusiastic years of owning boutique and antique stores. Two years ago she moved to Georgetown to be closer to her daughter's family and brought all her treasures and experience with her! She is always hunting for unique i... tems and bringing her beautiful antique finds to URBAN Cottage. Cameo has operated three separate retail spaces in Austin, Round Rock and Georgetown, as well as participating in the Fredericksburg Trade Show since moving here with her family 11 years ago. She has considerable experience in both selling distinctive and beautiful clothing, jewelry and decor items, as well as restoring and refinishing antique furniture. They dreamed of opening a boutique together one day, combining their talents and passions to create something inspiring and one of a kind for the Georgetown community. They searched for the perfect spot until one day the adorable cottage on Williams Drive that they had seen a year earlier became available and, voila! URBAN Cottage was born! We strive to create a joyful shopping experience for our customers. Our store is a charming, inspiring and friendly place filled with quality fashion apparel, beautiful accessories and gifts. The boutique is stocked with decor styles from farmhouse to french country, industrial to midcentury. We are also proud to carry several locally made products by other female-driven Texas businesses!
