Established in 1997. We meet with you just before your massage and discuss what you need, what areas should get more attention, and how deep you'd like the massage. We really listen! This way you receive the best possible massage. Techniques available are Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Hydration Aromatherapy Wrap, Myofascial Release (connective tissue st... retching), Trigger Point Therapy (calming the "hot spots" in muscle and fascial tissue), Cranial Sacral, (gentle work with the nervous system for overall sense of well-being), Tavish Technique (deep long strokes), and Saydrin Massage (nurturing with energy work.) In 1997, Diana DeMayo graduated from the New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts, beginning a career in massage therapy, and working in all corners of North America, including Alaska and eventually beautiful Sedona. At Uptown Massage we treat individuals, couples and groups to many therapeutic sessions including customized massage, steamed body wraps, face and foot treatments (with fresh herbs from our garden), yoga, meditation and breath workshops.
