As well as having a strong and experienced treatment arm, Upstream has an equally strong proactive focus which aims to create a buffer around clients, assisting them to navigate the challenges and difficulties of life. Our proactive program includes a range of groups, classes and information sessions such as mindfulness, yoga classes, parent-child art workshops and perinatal groups. We aim to create a calm, nurturing and welcoming environment whilst being an upbeat, innovative practice.
