As freelance Visual Merchandiser & Store Planner for IKEA, I still travel from time to time to place like South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Europe and other diverse places around the globe to design and implement the interiors of IKEA stores. It is an amazing and really fun job. I started UP Design Lounge LLC with the intention to bring the insights I gain at IKEA and other hugely successful big players to smaller businesses here in the Pacific Northwest. I have been working with many wonderful local businesses, including boutique stores, health care practitioners, and niche businesses.
