University Impact sprung out of a desire to embrace a more sustainable way of creating large-scale, positive, social impact (while generating a financial return at the same time). All of UI Associates are students who work in multidisciplinary teams, led by an experienced coach, on projects managing our DAF, impact investment funds, and social enterprises.University Impact collaborates with external partners, such as governments, universities, impact investment funds, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, family offices, and foundations to facilitate impact investments.We provide customized due diligence and modeling for investment deals (for both potential investors and companies preparing for fundraising) both domestically and abroad. The due diligence includes analyses of competitive landscapes, industries, go-to-market strategies, management teams, and financial projections/exit strategies.We also provide advisory services and analysis regarding best practices in social impact evaluation and picking the right impact metrics to track.Read More
