University Administration and Services

We work with all University bodies to ensure that the University's goal of the pursuit of excellence goes hand in hand with ensuring freedom from discrimination and equality of opportunity. We have a team of advisors covering each area of equality and diversity, in relation to both staff and students - except provision for disabled students. This i... s the responsibility of the Disability Advisory Service. We also support the University's Harassment Advisory Service and Harassment Advisors' Network. Our work is overseen by an Equality and Diversity Panel, which reports to the Education and Personnel Committees of Council. The Panel is chaired by the Pro Vice Chancellor (Personnel and Equality) and the Pro Vice Chancellor (Education) is a member.
