It began its operations in 1980 as Florida Greens, a small importer and distributor of quality cut greens. We acquired farms in Guatemala and began growing our own, Latin Greens and Leather Leaf, becoming one of the largest in the har... vesting and import of these floral greens. We expanded in 1989 and became Florida Greens/Durablum now growing and importing flowers from 5 different countries as well. Florida Greens/Durablum earned the trust of the flower industry nation wide, placing us among the most reputable names in the floral industry. We expanded our line of products and Universal Greens and Flowers was born to continue the legacy of high quality greens and flowers and excellent service.
