Kirsty has been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2004. She completed her 3000 hours of training at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and received her B.Sc. in Kinesiology in 1998. With her strong foundation in human anatomy and exercise physiology, Kirsty has worked as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, educator an... d workshop facilitator. Recognizing that the body and mind work together to maintain balance, Kirsty believes that massage therapy can help to remove any blocks that may compromise the "whole system". Her special interests include myofascial release and passive stretch techniques. She also offers special instruction on movement therapies including the Pilates method. Heather has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2007. She completed her 3000 hours of training with the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. After graduating she has continued to take post-graduate courses focused on Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation. Along with her commitment to her Massage Therapy practice, she began her study of movement, receiving her Mat Pilates certification in 2013, and since has completed over 500 hours of Yoga teacher training. Heather cares about maintaining her health and fitness and is passionate about supporting her clients to meet their own wellness goals. She believes that alongside a healthy diet and enjoyable exercise, Massage Therapy is one of the greatest selfcare modalities for maintaining fluid mobile and healthy body tissues. Her focus in her practice is Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapies. She takes a full body approach in her treatments, aiming to release body tension and restore postural alignment.
