We now offer FHA financing for credit scores down to 585. On occasion, a potential buyer's credit score may not be the best indication of responsible use of credit. In those cases, we have created qualifying guidelines (over and above the standard FHA guidelines) to establish if a borrower is willing and capable of making their payments when due.
