We ship the same day on all orders called or faxed in by 9:00A... M EST Mon-Thurs (Orders placed after 9:00AM Thurs may not ship until the following Mon). This gives retailers the maximum opportunity to have merchandise on their shelves when needed. No longer do you have to wait months while your orders, given at trade shows, are being processed, manufactured, and shipped. We also keep plenty of stock on hand, which allowed us to ship 95% of all ordered items last year (seasonal items excepted). All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service, FOB. The customer pays the freight, as usual, but no other charges, such as packaging or handling fees, extra freight charges, etc. are added. Just the actual freight costs. If you would like confirmation of the actual freight costs, from us or any other shipper, just call your local UPS office, give them the tracking number from any package you want to know, and they will tell you the true shipping cost of the package. Our minimum order is $150.00, for each order, including re-orders. All claims for shortages must be in writing and accompanied by the order form and invoice. No claims will be honored without these forms. Claims cannot be handled by phone. We provide new order forms with each order. When you re-order, please fill out the new order forms before calling or faxing, to insure that you receive the correct merchandise and help speed the shipping of your order. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of orders that do not use our order forms. A separate line has been added for Customer Service questions and concerns.
