In 2013 I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts school and since that time I have worked hard to please my clients, I have created my own business that I called Unique Catering and Bakery where I apply my knowledge learned mix it with my Latin American Peruvian roots. I have worked in some bakeries, I had the opportunity to live in Buenos Air... es, Argentina where I worked in a confectionery bakery for a period of almost 3 years, I also worked here in Austin in local bakeries. My bakery is Unique because it has Peruvian roots that go in hand with the American Pastry, I apply what I learn and I always put my Latin touch, I like to work with fresh cream (whipped cream), dulce de leche and garnish with fresh fruits, sauces, etc. My catering is Based on our delicious Peruvian food which is my inspiration. I like to create and be inspired by my roots. I believe to be a successful Chef you must be creative because it is not only to cook or make desserts but you must also upgrade your profession, that is why I like to participate in extra courses, sugar art shows, etc. I hope you liked my story and that it inspires everyone.
