Unique Care Homes (UCH) offer an Integrated Therapeutic Education and Care Service to children aged between 10 and 18 years who display and experience social emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH, ASD Autistic Spectrum Disorder, ASC Autism Spectrum Condition, BESD Behavioural Emotional & Social Difficulties & EBD Emotional & Behavioural Di... fficulties). UCH offer each Child/Young Person a bespoke package of care, which affords them the opportunity to succeed and fulfil their potential. UCH staff are dedicated to enhancing the lives of our Young People and enabling them to achieve excellence. Unique Care Homes work in multi-agency partnerships to ensure that the emotional, physical, social and psychological wellbeing of each young person is actively and purposefully focused upon. UCH are in the process of developing our own therapeutic Model, based around the principals of Attachment, Life story work, Cognitive Behavioural Techniques and the Good Lives Model of intervention. This model will focus on specific areas of a child's life to enable them maximise their potential as well as ensuring they experience a happy and fulfilled childhood.
