Very nice rooms and exceptional customer service! We can't wait to come stay again once the restaurant is open!!! Very good and excellent services.Very cozy and comfortable accommodation. This place is absolutely beautiful! The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Azza. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated with a fireplace and th... e bed was extra comfy. The restaurant is lovely and has a wonderful ambience. My husband and I really enjoyed the six-course meal and the wine pairing. Everything was delicious and well-presented. We will be back and would recommend this Boutique Hotel as an absolute must for anyone who wants to be downtown in Edmonton. My wife and I went for an anniversary get away. Excellent customer service beautiful rooms. Even with the covid restrictions it was an oasis. My wife, & I stayed there for one night on my 50th Birthday last night. We were booked In the older side facing downtown Jasper Ave, they upgraded us to the contemporary king size suite. This suite is so amazing. The ensuite bathroom is unbelievable. Will definitely be back. Hotel itself is great. The rooms are very cozy and you get wine and cheese when you arrive. The breakfast is amazing and included. The one thing I did notice were the front desk staff, who were friendly, but some not wearing masks. I am not sure what the policy is in Edmonton, but it seemed very strange to me that not all staff were in masks. Other than that, a great experience and we will definitely be back. We got married at the Union Bank Inn on August 22, 2020. I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with them! We planned everything within a few months as we had to downsize and rebook our wedding due to COVID. Our event coordinator, Graham, was an absolute pleasure to work with!
