He graduated from the University of Oxford and worked in Londons financial sector before joining an Africa-focused private equity firm, where he identified microfinance as a potential business opportunity. He is the founder of the Unibos loans management system, a cutting-edge operating system that unifies operations across our Group and makes life easy for employees and clients. Mike holds a BSc(Hons) in Statistics and an MPhil in Future Studies. He has over 35 years experience in customer and credit data analytics. Hes passionate about using data to solve business problems and has extensive experience in building scorecards and developing risk strategies across the customer life cycle in multiple countries. Emil has extensive knowledge in banking, accounting and auditing, having worked in the Middle East and in Zambia in the financial sector. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Applied Accounting and a full Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACA) qualification. Lillian has extensive experience in operations, customer relationship management and branch management. This experience is underwritten by the 18 years she spent in Zambias finance sector. Lillian holds a Diploma as National Accounting Technician, a Degree in Banking and Finance, and an MBA from Heriot Watt University, UK. As founder of Ultimate Finance, Elias is a born entrepreneur and veteran of the Tanzanian microfinance market. With expertise in accounting, finance, and operations, Elias is spearheading the business rapid expansion.
