Ammeraal Beltech Modular (former uni-chains) is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of plastic modular belts and chains for internal transport. The company has a large range of products for various industries such as automotive, corrugated and food. The company is a part of Ammeraal Beltech (head office in Holland) with a total of 2,500 employees in 26 countries and with ten manufacturing units worldwide. I have good colleagues who are very obliging and good at integrating newly hired employees. The same is the case with the management the doors are always open and even the company's managing director makes time to talk with an employee stopping by. Every day I experience good challenges and I have definitely developed me as plastics engineer. I need to use my head and remember all the details when I have to make all the working operations myself. Luckily, I can always get help from my colleagues. I have been working here for 15 years and every day I experience a place with varied tasks and a really good atmosphere. I still enjoy going to work If I could decide, I would like to take 10 years more. The challenges make it exciting to go to work and I have a great deal of freedom with responsibility. And then there are the good colleagues always backing up each other. When thinking about the company's small Danish company being able to act as an important player worldwide as regards modular belts, I am extremely proud.
