UKLRS is the UK's first independent private company to offer a complete and affordable Land Registry and environmental conveyancing search service. We are a private company independent of individual government land registries and provide professional and easy to use Land Registry services throughout the whole of the British Isles. Our fee for land registry and other conveyancing documents includes a charge for detailed guidance, additional information and online services. We do not sell any documents that are available for free from government offices. Our title register and title plan searches may be available at a lower cost from HM Land Registry but without the benefit of the additional services we provide.
