Our goal is to provide any needed service, within the scope of our ability, which will maintain individual clients at their highest level of self-care and independence. All staff are educated to the written policies that are designed to oversee that the residents rights and safety are maintained at all times. Uintah Care Center serves the elder and/or the persons at risk population that live within our building. These people have needs in one or more of the following areas: maintaining independence, communication, supervision, mobility, mental disabilities and medical care. Licensed nursing staff specializes in IV Therapy, wound care, feeding tubes, medical and mental health support. All nursing assistants are certified or working toward certification with the State of Utah. Skilled Therapy Services tailored to your individual needs. Our Therapy department consists of Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist and trained staff. Short stay rehabilitation unit with private rooms available. Short Stay up to 14 days of respite care when there needs to be an alternative to home care. Activities to stimulate and enhance each residents well-being. Interdenominational religious services weekly. Barber and beautician services available. End of life care for those who are unable to be at home that includes family participation preferences.Read More
