Advent International has acquired Swiss positioning chip company U-blox in a deal valued at CHF1.05 billion (approx. US$1.86 billion). On August 18, 2025, U-blox announced that ZI Zenith, a subsidiary of Advent, publicly offered to acquire shares of U-blox.
