Tyler Beverages

Tyler Beverages, Inc. is a privately owned family business founded in 1954 by Kenneth A. Tyler. The Tyler family has a long history as soft drink bottlers, as well as operating a family ice business. As the franchised bottler of many national brand soft drinks including Dr Pepper, 7Up, and RC Cola, Tyler Beverages serves an eight county area of Eas... t Texas. In 1990 the company began delivering ice to a few of the company's soft drink customers, primarily concessions at local high school sporting venues. As word got out that the company also offered ice, the business grew and in 1991 a modern production facility with a capacity of 70 tons per day was constructed and a new division known as Tyler's Super Quality Ice was born. Additional freezer space was added in 1996, and in 2011 a new state of the art production facility was finished which more than doubled the company's capacity. With a fleet of more than 20 refrigerated trailers, Tyler's Super Quality ice now services 31 counties within East Texas.
