Two Guns Consulting & Construction, LLC (TGCC) is a specialty firm focused on the midstream oil and gas industry. The primary goal of TGCC is to assist midstream operating companies, as well as exploration and production companies, with the design and construction of their assets, specifically pipelines and related facilities. By offering all of these services under one banner we feel we can react quickly to the needs of our customers, which is a must in the current market with so many private equity firms and large companies chasing the new hot beds of activity, Shale Plays. Our approach to these types of projects will be different than many of our industry peers. We intend to plan the work with the construction in mind. It sounds cliché but "plan your work and work your plan" is appropriate when it comes to pipeline and facilities projects. TGCC is of the belief that every minute of proper planning can save valuable time and capital dollars. One too many HDDs, a fitting in the wrong location, or forgetting to consider elevation changes when planning a hydrotest can greatly impact the outcome of a project. With our team of construction focused professionals we plan to direct the design efforts toward streamlining the field construction. Construction is typically the largest portion of most AFE budgets, but sadly it is usually an afterthought, with little attention given to constructability, contract language and unit pricing methodology, or how to select the ideal construction contractor for the type of project being designed.
