Business was blooming for the Turtle Bay Taqueria in Seaside, and so an additional and much lar... ger restaurant, the Turtle Bay Taqueria was added here in Monterey. To serve the guests quickly it was decided to run the operation, under the "Fast Casual" category of restaurant protocol, ordering your initial order at the counter and being served by the warm and friendly staff, and always served with a smile! The Fishwife became instantly successful and a second and larger location was opened in Pacific Grove was opened in 1986.
