We don't turn anyone away-even if Insurance is an issue, we will work with you to make counseling affordable In North Iowa, waiting lists for a counseling appointment can be weeks, or longer. At Turning Leaf Counseling, we have a "no waiting list policy." The way we see it, if you're ready to begin counseling, the least we can do is help you to schedule your first session right away. With No shows and cancellations, typically you could be seen by someone with-in 2 hours same day. Most new clients are offered an appointment within 1 to 2 weeks of their call to us for a scheduled appointment. Please call our office to discuss telehealth option or walk-in.
