About Tune The Temple
I am a teacher and musician who struggled with my eating and weight for 30 years. My compulsive eating consumed and affected my entire life and the life of my family as well. I looked for an answer for a very long time. When I finally found freedom in 1999, it became my dream to help others find freedom. I am personally experienced in compulsive overeating, dieting, binging, and the shame and condemnation that comes from weight issues. I was always hoping that my next dieting venture would solve my weight issues one last time. After 30 years of searching for a permanent answer, the Lord led me to a spiritual class that brought a breakthrough in my life in 1999. Since then I have carried a burden to help others who struggle as I did. In 2005, Tune the Temple, LLC, was formed and now offers 9-Lesson Classes, an Online Support Community as well as Personal Coaching.
