She most recently returned from Manchester, in the United Kingdom, where she worked in PR and Consultancy for start ups across the U.K. Georgias emphasis focuses on the inner workings of restaurant. A big part of Tuck Shop is under Georgias watchful eye. An emphasis on a laid back yet informative approach to service.
