TSI was established in 2012 as a joint venture between Turkish Airlines and Assan Hanil, with the target of designing, producing, repairing and marketing all types of aircraft seats and supplying their spare parts. TSI aims to have an important share in the global aircraft seat market by offering light weight, high quality, innovative products with competitive prices. TSI has 10.000 pax/year production capacity and ability to increase this rapidly thanks to the experience and lean production capability coming from the automotive industry experience. TSI has the capability to do all static and qualification tests inhouse, dynamic and flammability tests are done in approved laboratories in Europe or USA.
