The Call Center Source was founded by Fred Shadding, an industry veteran in the outsourced call center industry who serves as our Chief Advisor. During his 14 year career in the industry, he held multiple senior-level roles in business development, partnership and client services working with such companies as SITEL, Cyber City Teleservices, Stella... r and NETCAST BPO. Fred has helped many leading firms deploy outsourced partnerships in 15 countries. His forthright and consultative approach with his clients has earned him a reputation as a true trusted advisor for the companies he serves; ensuring them that their best interest is in mind during his assignments. Whether a smaller 10 agent call center partner search or, a longer term and more strategic RFP development and vendor selection engagement, Fred works tirelessly to find the right partner fit and sourcing strategy for his clients. As a former Chapter President and Board member of multiple industry associations, Fred maintains an active role in the industry and is often invited to speak, contribute and counsel on various industry affairs. Currently, Fred serves as the Chair of the Call Center Advisory Group of the Outsourcing Institute where he assists the organization and its members with a variety of consultative issues around the areas of outsourcing in the call center space. He holds an MBA from the Howard University School of Business and a BS in Accounting & Business Administration from Delaware State University.
